Oven Baked Breaded Fish
Although fish taste so delicious and healthy when you bake them in an oven, you can make it taste more delicious by breading it with seasoned bread crumbs.
Below is a simple recipe for making this oven baked breaded fish dish:
Ingredients:
- 4 fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons dry style bread crumbs
- 1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. First of all, grease a baking dish with olive oil.
2. Add in the onions, mushrooms, garlic and parsley.
3. Arrange the fish fillets nicely inside the baking dish so that they do not touch each other.
4. Sprinkle some salt and pepper over the fish fillets.
5. Brush each fish fillet with olive oil and put a dot of butter on each of them.
6. In a bowl, add in the butter and melt it then add in the bread crumbs. Combine and mix well.
7. Sprinkle this crumb mixture over the fish fillet.
8. Bake them for 23 minutes at 375.
9. Before serving, sprinkle each fish fillet with parsley.
10. Enjoy.
