Mustard Baked Fish Recipe


  • 2 lbs trout fillets
  • 1/4 cup stoneground mustard
  • 1/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • garlic salt
  • cayenne pepper



Instructions:


1. First of all, in a mixing bowl, add in the stoneground mustard, dijon mustard and yellow mustard. Combine and mix well.


2. In another bowl, add in the trout fillets and spread the mustard mixture over them on both sides.


3. Place the trout fillets on a baking sheet which has been sprayed.


4. Sprinkle the top with garlic salt and pepper to taste.


5. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°F (176°C).


6. Serve and enjoy!
