Easy Baked Fish
Baking a fish in an oven is really simple when you know how long you should bake the fish and at what temperature. Generally, you want to bake it just enough so that you can easily flake the fish with a fork.
Below is a simple and easy baked fish recipe you can try at home:
Ingredients:
- 1 pound fish fillets
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can tomato soup
Instructions:
1. In a frying pan, add in the diced onions and sauté them until tender.
2. Add in the mushroom and sauté them until tender too.
3. Add in the tomato soup and bring everything to a boil.
4. In a baking dish, arrange the fish fillets and pour the soup mixture over them.
5. Cover and bake it at 350 for 45 minutes.
6. Uncover and continue baking for another 15 minutes.
7. Serve and enjoy.
