Easy Baked Fish Fillets


Baking fish fillets is both fun and rewarding. Once you master the how to bake them right, you will be able to make this delicious and nutritious dish easily whenever you feel like eating then. Although there are many types of fish which you can use as the fillets, you basically want to stick with white fish such cod fish or flounder because they taste the best.




You're free to use fresh or frozen fish fillets. Below are some easy baked fish fillets which are quite simple to prepare:


Recipe #1


Ingredients:


  • 2 pounds fish fillets
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon marjoram
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions:


1. First of all, get a baking pan and grease it with butter.


2. Now, sprinkle the mushrooms over the bottom of the pan.


3. Arrange the fish fillets over the mushrooms and sprinkle the lemon juice and wine over them.


4. Add in the bread crumbs and cheese.


5. Pour in the butter so that it spread on everything.


6. Bake it for 15 minutes at 400.


7. Serve and enjoy.

  • 2 pounds fish fillets
  • 2 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon onion, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons soft butter
  • 2 cans cream of cheese soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper



Instructions:


1. Grease a baking pan and place arrange fish fillets inside it in such as way that they do not touch each other.


2. In a bowl, add in the cheese soup and onion. Combine and mix well then pour this mixture over the fish fillets.


3. In another bowl, add in the bread crumbs, butter, salt and pepper. Combine and mix well then pour this mixture over the mixture earlier.


4. Bake for 45 minutes at 350.


5. Serve and enjoy.
