Crunchy Oven Baked Fish


Want to eat something crunchy for dinner or as snack food? Instead of eating fried chicken which are high in calories, why not try making some crunchy oven baked fish which is low in fat and rich in nutrients.

Ingredients:


  • 1 pound white fish fillets
  • 1 cup saltines, crushed
  • 1/4 cup parsley flakes
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper



Instructions:


1. First of all, preheat the oven to 350.


2. In a bowl, add in the saltines, parsley flakes, parmesan cheese, garlic powder and pepper. Combine and mix well to form the crumb mixture.


3. In another bowl, add in the melted butter.


4. Dip the fish fillets into the bowl with melted butter and then coat it with the crumb mixture from the other bowl earlier.


5. Grease a baking dish or spray it with Pam.


6. Bake the fish fillets for 20 minutes.


7. Serve and enjoy!
