Baked White Fish Recipes
The popular white fish that most recipes use for baking are halibut, cod, sole, flounder or scrod. Each fish tastes differently so it's up to you which type of fish you want to use in your cooking.
Below are two simple baked white fish recipes for you:
Recipe #1
Ingredients:
- 2 pound white fish
- 1/2 cup green onions with top, chopped
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- dash of dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven at 350.
2. First of all, grease a baking dish with butter or spray it with Pam.
3. Add in the white fish and arrange them well so that they do not touch each other.
4. In a mixing bowl, add in the green onions, sour cream, dill weed and salt. Combine and mix well then pour the mixture over the fish.
5. Bake them for 25 minutes at 350.
6. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top then broil it just long enough to melt the cheese.
7. Serve and enjoy.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound white fish, cleaned
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions:
1. First of all, grease a baking pan.
2. In a bowl, add in the milk.
3. In another bowl, add in the bread crumbs and flour. Combine and mix well.
4. Dip the fish into the first bowl with milk then dredge it into the bowl with bread crumb mixture.
5. Place the fish in the baking pan and arrange them well so that they do not stick together.
6. Top each fish with melted butter and sliced lemon.
7. Bake for 35 minutes at 400.
8. Serve and enjoy.
