Baked Tuna Fish
Tuna is a healthy fish which taste great when baked. If you want the best taste and flavor, use fresh tuna instead of canned tuna. If you can't find fresh tuna, canned tuna will do too but the taste will be different.
Below is a simple recipe for making baked tuna fish at home:
Ingredients:
- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 4 potatoes, baked and halved
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup green onion, minced
- 1/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon dill
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
1. First of all, scoop out the centers of the halved baked potatoes.
2. In a bowl, add in the potatoes and mash them.
3. Add in the onion, thyme, dill, salt, pepper and cheese. Mash everything together.
4. Add in the tuna and peas and mash everything together again.
5. Scoop this mixture back into the hollowed potatoes.
6. Bake for 20 minutes at 350.
7. Serve and enjoy.
