Baked Pollock Fish Recipes
Pollock is a wonderful fish which tastes great if you bake it with certain spices. Be sure to use fresh Pollock if possible for maximum flavor.
Below are two baked Pollock fish recipes you can try baking at home:
Recipe #1
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds pollock
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
1. First of all, grease a baking dish or spray it with Pam.
2. Place the Pollock fillets inside the baking dish and arrange them with some spacing in between so that they do not stick together.
3. In a mixing bowl, add in the melted butter, parmesan cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper. Combine and mix well.
4. Spread this mixture over the Pollock fillets.
5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
6. Serve and enjoy.

Ingredients:
- 1 pound fish
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
1. First of all, grease a baking dish or spray it with Pam.
2. Place the fish inside it and arrange them so that they do not touch each other.
3. In a mixing bowl, add in the lemon juice, lime juice, garlic, red pepper, butter, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Combine and mix well.
4. Pour this mixture over the fish.
5. Bake for 30 minutes at 400.
6. Serve and enjoy.
