Baked Grouper Fish Recipe
Baking grouper fish can be quite tricky but the important thing to remember here is to make sure that the meat is white when cooked and that you can flake it easily with a fork.

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds grouper fillets, washed and dried
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 stick butter
- juice of 1 lemon
Instructions:
1. First of all, in a baking pan, add in the butter and melt it.
2. Pour in the lemon juice and mix well.
3. Add in the grouper fillets into the butter and turn it over to ensure that they are fully coated.
4. Sprinkle the bread crumbs over them.
5. Bake for 20 minutes at 350.
6. Best served over cooked rice.

Ingredients:
- 8 grouper fillets
- 6 red potatoes, cut with skins
- 3 carrots, cut
- 1 cup broccoli, cut
- 1 cup Italian dressing
Instructions:
1. First of all, grease a baking dish or spray it with Pam.
2. Place the grouper fish fillets inside the baking dish and arrange the red potatoes, carrots and broccoli around them.
3. Pour the Italian dressing over everything.
4. Cover and bake it for 1 hour at 350.
5. Serve and enjoy.
