Baked Fish Florentine

Below is the recipe for making baked fish florentine:
Ingredients:
- 2 pound flounder fish fillets
- 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 2 cups baking mix
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
1. First of all, preheat the oven to 350.
2. Grease a baking dish or spray it with Pam then arrange the fish fillets inside it while making sure that they do not touch each other.
3. Sprinkle the salt, pepper and onion powder over the fish fillets.
4. Pour the cheese soup over the fish fillets and top them with spinach.
5. In a bowl, add in the milk, egg, parmesan cheese and baking mix. Combine and mix well then pour this mixture over the spinach.
6. Bake them uncovered for 40 minutes.
7. For the best flavors, it is recommended that you let them stand for another 10 minutes before serving.
