Baked Fish Fillets Recipe


  • 1 lb fish fillets, cut into four portions
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 4 teaspoons liquid margarine
  • 4 tablespoons fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:


1. In a bowl, add in the milk and soak the fillets for 3 minutes. Drain.


2. In another bowl, add in the bread crumbs and coat the fillets with the bread crumbs.


3. On a greased baking dish, place the fillets nicely in it.


4. Bake it for 8 minutes at 475°F (246°C) or until the fish flakes.
