Baked Fish Casserole
If you prefer to use a casserole instead of a baking pan for baking your fish, you're in luck. When baking fish in a casserole, you can either use fish fillet or fish. The choice is yours.
Below is a simple baked fish casserole recipe for you:

- 10 ounces fish fillets
- 1/4 cup tomato juice
- 4 ounces peas and carrots
- 1 packet vegetable bouillon
- salt and pepper to taste
- onion powder to taste
Instructions:
1. First of all, in a casserole dish, arrange the fish fillets so that there are some spaces between them.
2. In a mixing bowl, add in the tomato juice, peas and carrots, vegetable bouillon, onion powder, salt and pepper. Combine and mix well.
3. Pour this mixture over the fish fillets.
4. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or until done. You can easily verify this by using a fork to flake the fish just by touching them with it.
5. Serve and enjoy.
